Gene Herrera

Gene Herrera is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in operations management and enterprise resource planning. Currently serving as the Manager of ERP Business Systems at Isuzu North America, Gene previously held the position of Director of IT Operations at Strategic Service Solutions Inc., overseeing a diverse team of technical engineers and managing client communications. Prior experience includes serving as IT Service Manager at SACA Technologies, where Gene enhanced customer service and team coordination, and as an Independent IT Consultant providing strategic IT support. Gene’s career began at DIRECTV Latin America, directing technical operations for critical support teams. Gene holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern California.
