Lacey Frenzl

Lacey Frenzl has a wealth of experience in the payments and retail industries. Lacey began their career in 2006 as a Sales Lead at Victoria's Secret. In 2008, they became an Assistant Manager and then a Store Manager at American Eagle Outfitters. From 2012 to 2018, they worked at Fossil Group, Inc. in roles such as Assistant Manager of Sales Support and Supervisor of Sales Support. From 2018 to 2020, they worked at First American Payment Systems as a Product Coordinator and Technical Sales Support Manager. In 2020, they joined DishOut as the Director of Product and Partner Development, where they were responsible for building relationships with customers to understand and define product requirements, gathering feedback, and prioritizing the product roadmap. Lacey also developed product specifications and provided support in preparing RFPs, white papers, and marketing resources. In 2021, they joined the Electronic Transactions Association as a Young Payment Professional (YPP) for 2022, Mobile Payments Committee Chair, Retail Technology Committee Member, and Mobile Payments Committee Member. Lacey is currently the Vice President of Customer Experience at ISVPay.

Lacey Frenzl attended Kansas State University from 2005 to 2009 and earned a Bachelor of Science in Apparel Marketing.
