Carlos Silva Filho

Carlos RV Silva Filho is a distinguished professional in the field of waste management and environmental sustainability. With over a decade of leadership experience at ISWA International Solid Waste Association, Carlos has held roles such as Immediate Past President, President, and Vice President, along with serving as a Board Member. Currently, Carlos is a partner at S2F Partners and a member of the Advisory Board for the UN Secretary General on Zero Waste. Prior to these roles, Carlos was the CEO of ABRELPE and contributed as an editor and editorial board member for various publications. Carlos holds a Bachelor of Laws from Faculdade de Direito de São Bernardo do Campo and a postgraduate degree in Administrative and Economic Law from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie.
