Nisrine El Hougeiri

Nisrine El Hougeiri has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Nisrine started their career as a Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant at the American University of Beirut from 1998 to 2001. Nisrine then joined Laceco in 2001 and has held multiple positions including Environmental Engineer, Design Contract Manager, Proposals Unit Manager, Director of Environment Division, and currently serves as the Director of Design and Advisory Services. Nisrine also served as the Vice President of ISWA Lebanon for the International Solid Waste Association starting in 2018.

Nisrine El Hougeiri pursued their Bachelor of Chemistry from 1995 to 1998 at the American University of Beirut in the faculty of arts & sciences. Following their undergraduate studies, they went on to complete a Masters Degree in Environmental Technology, specializing in the Department of Civil Engineering, from 1998 to 2001 at the same institution, the American University of Beirut.
