Paulo Rodrigues

Paulo Rodrigues is a seasoned professional in waste management and environmental services, currently serving as the Division Chief of Environmental Services at Câmara Municipal de Matosinhos since January 2020. Concurrently, Paulo holds the position of General Assembly Secretary for APEA - Associação Portuguesa de Engenharia do Ambiente, and has been recognized as an ISWA International Waste Manager since July 2015. With extensive experience at LIPOR - Intermunicipal Waste Management Service of Greater Porto since May 2001, Paulo has contributed to operational project implementation and the promotion of selective waste collection, also overseeing various divisions and projects related to waste management. Paulo's educational background includes a postgraduate degree in City and Environment Planning from Universidade de Aveiro and project management training from EGP - Escola de Gestão do Porto.
