Melanie Padron is a seasoned professional in business development and training with extensive experience in sales, marketing, and customer service management. Currently serving as the Director of Business Development at IT ArchiTeks, LLC since May 2023, Melanie previously spent nearly two decades at WaterStreet Company, where the role of Corporate Training Manager involved the creation of a comprehensive training program for customer service excellence. As Sales and Marketing Manager, significant achievements included generating $2M in additional annual revenue through successful campaigns in the Southeastern US. Prior experience includes a successful tenure as a Senior Sales Consultant at Younique, recognized as a top performer, and as a Sales and Marketing Representative at Bankers Insurance Group, where key accomplishments included surpassing business retention and profitability goals.
