Wendy Herrera

Wendy Herrera's work experience includes a position as a Human Resources Manager at IT Asset Management Group starting in November 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resource Generalist at Lancer Insurance Company from July 2015 to November 2021. Wendy also has experience in recruiting and administration, having worked at The Millennium Group, Where Service Matters from April 2013 to May 2015.

Wendy Herrera holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General, which they obtained from Stony Brook University. Wendy pursued this degree from 2017 to 2019. Prior to their Master's degree, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Long Island University, which they obtained from 2014 to 2015. In addition to their formal education, Wendy has also obtained certifications in Employee Relations and Organizational Development from the SBU School of Professional Development. Wendy obtained the Employee Relations certification in May 2019 and the Organizational Development certification in November 2018.
