Mohit Munjal

Mohit Munjal began their work experience in 2016 as an Analyst at eClerx. Mohit was later promoted to Senior Analyst, where they focused on Billing for US customers and up-selling the LOB. In 2018, they joined Tech Mahindra as a Senior Associate, providing IT support for the at&t project. In 2019, Mohit joined Teleperformance as a Technical Support Specialist and was later promoted to Escalation Manager. Currently, they are working as a Senior System Administrator at IT BY DESIGN, starting in 2020.

Mohit Munjal pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar from 2014 to 2016. In addition, they obtained several certifications including Microsoft Certified Trainer in 2021-2022 from Microsoft, Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect Associate in May 2021 from Amazon, and Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator: Data Engineering with Azure in March 2021 from Microsoft.
