Sunny Kaila

Sunny Kaila is the Founder and CEO of IT BY DESIGN, a technology services provider established in January 2003, which specializes in helping clients navigate the evolving technical landscape through dedicated staffing, NOC services, helpdesk solutions, and professional services. In addition to IT BY DESIGN, Sunny also founded Innovation Technology By Design in January 2008 and has been a member of YPO since July 2020. Sunny Kaila holds a degree from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, where studies were completed from 1996 to 2000.
