Darcy has over 26 years of global experience in business and market development with large, multi-national corporations and the federal government. During her career, she has played key roles in business, strategy and market development and is accomplished in understanding customer needs. Her prior experience includes roles at and for DuPont, NASA, Rohm & Haas, Westinghouse Process Controls and Imperial Chemical Industries (ICI).

Darcy has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Richmond.
