Jenny O'Brien

Jenny O’Brien is the Director of Finance and Contracts. Jenny is responsible for all aspects of the finance function including regulatory reporting and contract compliance. Jenny is a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Virginia and has twenty-eight years of progressive accounting experience. She has worked with both large companies and small start-up ventures. As Director of Finance and Contracts, she works directly with IT Cadre’s top management to successfully meet the financial challenges of a growing company in the competitive DC market.

In her current role, Jenny works extensively with budgeting, profit planning and projection, operations analysis, as well as government compliance and reporting. In her previous roles as a Corporate Controller and Director of Financial Systems, she has extensive experience in financial systems migration, maintenance and support. Her background includes experience in public accounting, health-care, hospitality and government contracting industries. Jenny’s knowledge and background provide a solid foundation for IT Cadre’s continued growth.

Jenny O’Brien has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Colorado State University.
