Jenette Garcia Santiago

Jenette Garcia Santiago serves as the Chief Operating Officer for LATAM at IT Convergence, a position held since August 2002. In this role, Jenette is responsible for designing and implementing business strategies, overseeing daily operations, and managing the LATAM sales organization, including consulting services and cloud solutions. Jenette leads the Oracle Leadership Team and is a key member of the ITC Global Executive Team, actively participating in strategic planning and global initiatives. Prior experience includes roles as VP of LATAM Professional Services and Executive Managing Director, with a strong background in project management and consulting, demonstrated during tenure at Steria Sud America and Oracle. Jenette holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from the University of Puerto Rico-Bayamon.
