Michael Beregovsky

Michael Beregovsky serves as the Chief M&A Officer and Head of Strategy at Allied Universal, a leading global security and facility services provider with over $20 billion in revenues. In addition to this role, Michael is a board member at IT Convergence and previously served as a board member at Warburg Pincus and Duravant, as well as a board observer at Pregis and CROSSMARK. Michael's experience in private equity and investment spans several firms, including Warburg Pincus and Thomas H. Lee Partners. Michael began a career in finance at Banc of America Securities and the US Securities and Exchange Commission. Academic credentials include an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Mathematics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, complemented by minors in Economics and Management.
