Kristin Rivera

Kristin Rivera has a background in various roles within the customer service and research fields, with experience in social media, customer care, and editorial work. Kristin currently holds a position as Assistant Manager CRM at IT Cosmetics, where Kristin monitors and responds to inquiries on multiple social platforms. Prior to this, Kristin worked as a Research Facility Host at Sachs Insights and an Editorial Intern at Marie Claire.
