Nerissa Alleyne

Nerissa Alleyne is a seasoned professional in product development and regulatory affairs with extensive experience in the cosmetics and beauty industry. Currently serving as Senior Manager for Product Development & Regulatory at IT Cosmetics since December 2017, Nerissa has held various managerial roles within the same company. As the Founder and Editor of Noire Tropical Beauty, a blog dedicated to beauty, hair, and fashion for women of color, particularly in the Caribbean, Nerissa conducts research on industry trends and product collections. Previous positions include procurement and project analyst at Tiffany & Co., regulatory affairs coordinator at Strivectin Operating Company, and cosmetic chemist at Elizabeth Arden, among others. Nerissa holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Princeton University.
