Daniel Moraes is an experienced project management professional with a strong background in agile methodologies and e-commerce strategies. As the Head of PMO at iT.eam, Daniel oversaw project management frameworks and governance for IBM Software Implementation Solutions, while also serving as an Agile Project Manager focusing on IBM® MAXIMO implementations and cybersecurity. Currently, as the owner of Agile Consultoria, Daniel provides consulting services to enhance management techniques for clients. Previous roles include managing e-commerce operations at Cachaçaria e Queijaria Tupiguá and leading agile transformations and project teams at MAXINST. Daniel holds an MBA in Project and Business Management and a Technologist degree in Internet Systems Development.
