Matthias Maag

Matthias Maag has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Matthias is currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at it-economics GmbH since July 2021. Prior to that, they worked at localsearch (Swisscom Directories AG) as a Senior Project Manager from June 2019 to August 2021. Before that, they held the position of Managing Director at it-economics Schweiz AG from July 2017 to May 2019.

Matthias Maag also has experience as a CEO at Matthias und Maag GmbH, where they worked from December 2007 to June 2017. Prior to that, they held the role of Manager at Solution Providers from September 2003 to November 2007. Matthias'scareer started at Accenture, where they worked as a Manager from April 1998 to August 2003.

Matthias Maag has a diverse education history, beginning with their studies at ETH Zürich from 1993 to 1998. During this time, they pursued a degree in Electronics and successfully completed their Eidg. Dipl. El. Ing. ETH. After a gap, in 2006 to 2008, Matthias attended ISI - institut für systemische impulse, entwicklung und führung gmbh, where they obtained a degree as an Organisationsberater und Coach BSO.

Years later, in 2012 to 2016, Matthias Maag enrolled at Fernuni Schweiz and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. Additionally, Matthias has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2010, they became a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) through the Scrum Alliance, and in 2016, they achieved the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. Most recently, in 2019, they received the designation of Certified SAFe 4 Program Consultant from Scaled Agile, Inc.
