Prior experience includes leading international recruitment at JobImpulse GmbH from January 2010 to May 2017, focusing on facilitating the recruitment of skilled professionals from abroad to Germany, as well as earlier roles in project management and sales. Vallendar obtained a Betriebswirt (VWA) degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resource Management from VWA Wiesbaden between 2009 and 2012.
