Tatiana Lukacova is an experienced professional in recruitment and human resources with a robust background in talent acquisition and HR management. Currently serving as the Head of Recruitment at IT-Impulse since April 2024, Tatiana leads a team of international and local recruiters while partnering with hiring managers and focusing on employer branding and employee experience. Prior to this role, Tatiana worked as an HR Manager and Recruitment and Onboarding Specialist at Vissim, where responsibilities included talent acquisition and employee engagement. Additional experience encompasses project management at ABB Solutions Slovakia and a tenure as People Lead at Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions Slovakia, overseeing a diverse team in agile roles. Tatiana's career began at ManpowerGroup Slovakia, where a progression through various roles laid the foundation for expertise in recruitment and business development. Tatiana holds an Engineer's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the Technical University in Kosice.
