Vladimir Lyubarsky

Volodymyr Lyubarsky is an experienced professional in project and product management, currently serving as both a Product Manager and Project Manager at IT-Integrator since June 2016. Previously, Volodymyr held the position of Project Manager at Octava Capital from April 2015 to June 2016 and was the Lead Project Manager at Universal Processing, Ltd from September 2014 to March 2015. Additional roles include PM at CID NAUKMA in 2015, Project Leader at INCOM from January 2006 to August 2014, and IT Manager at ASNOVA holding from February 2000 to November 2005. Volodymyr began their career as a PM at ICYB from 1995 to 2000. Educational qualifications include a Specialist degree in Mathematics, with a focus on probability theory and mathematical statistics from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, and attendance at the Ukrainian physical-mathematical lyceum of T.
