Mike Kalisz

Mike Kalisz serves as the Managing Director for East Denmark at twoday IT Minds since January 2022, overseeing full P&L and AOP responsibilities for business operations. Previously, Mike held key roles at HBK - Hottinger Brüel & Kjær as the Manager of Global Strategy & Commercial Projects, and contributed to Berendsen in dual roles focusing on Business Development & Insights and leading the establishment of the Pest Control Division in Denmark. Mike co-founded Scandic Import and served as Chief Engagement Officer at Next Generation Network Copenhagen. An accomplished former professional athlete, Mike has mentored young athletes and engaged in various leadership and management roles across organizations. Academic credentials include multiple degrees from Copenhagen Business School and Simon Fraser University, with expertise in management, innovation, and sustainable business.
