Signe Ullerup Fugl is currently the Head of People and Culture at twoday IT Minds, overseeing departments across Denmark. Previously, Signe worked as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Capax Recruitment, specializing in IT, engineering, and technical recruitment. Signe also has experience as an International Recruitment Consultant and as a Master Thesis Student at Novo Nordisk. With a background in Business Administration and Psychology from Copenhagen Business School, Signe brings a wealth of expertise in recruitment, onboarding, and HR consulting to their current role.
