Irina Sokolskaya is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at IT_One, Sokolskaya previously held the role of Russia Recruitment Director and Global Recruitment Business Partner at Luxoft. Additional experience includes leading the Recruitment Group in Russia across multiple cities, including Moscow, Dubna, and Omsk, as well as serving as a Recruitment Account Manager in the Financial Solutions Department. Sokolskaya is an alumnus of РГУТиС (Российский государственный университет туризма и сервиса), where academic pursuits took place from 2001 to 2005.
