As the Founder and CEO of IT Resource Hunter since September 2018, Harsh has driven strategic growth in the IT recruitment landscape. Additionally, Harsh founded Deliver Happiness in August 2015, a professional courier service specializing in same-day delivery across Kanpur. Previous roles include Team Lead Recruitment and Senior Technical Recruiter at various confidential companies, where Harsh managed the full recruitment cycle, sourced candidates, and facilitated hiring for diverse technical positions. Harsh holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Maharana Pratap Engineering College.
