Dr. Taylor Fort

Dr. Taylor Fort, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at IT Solutions, a position held since August 2022. Prior to this role, Dr. Fort contributed as a Customer Board Advisor at Tag4HR from October 2023 to December 2024, providing strategic guidance for the HR membership initiative aimed at supporting small business leaders. Between June 2021 and August 2022, Dr. Fort held the title of Director, People & Culture at Vytal, overseeing daily operations of the People team while ensuring alignment with business objectives. Experience at Presidio spanned nearly a decade, where Dr. Fort progressed from Human Resources Specialist to Senior Human Resource Business Partner, focusing on transforming HR into a strategic partner to enhance organizational performance. Dr. Fort holds a Doctor of Business Administration in Human Resources from Capella University, a Master of Arts in Management & Leadership from Liberty University, and dual Bachelor's degrees in History and Spanish from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
