Derek Gary is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience in leading HR functions across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at RPG since December 2025, Derek previously held key positions including Global Director of Human Resources at Zeeco, Chief People and Culture Officer at Cinterra, and Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Pike Corporation. Derek's background also includes significant roles at 3D Systems Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed global talent acquisition and environmental health and safety for over 2,700 employees across more than 50 locations. Prior to this, Derek worked at Fluor Corporation, directing HR functions for major business lines and overseeing personnel on large-scale projects. Derek began a successful career in sales at CareerBuilder and LOGIX Fiber Networks after earning a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Rice University.
