Eric M Patel

Eric M Patel has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Eric began their career in 2002 as a Help Desk Support at Quality Data Services and worked there until 2004. In 2005, they transitioned into the hospitality industry, working as a General Manager at both Hampton and Best Western® Hotels & Resorts.

In 2007, Eric joined Mansueto Ventures as a Senior Systems Engineer, where they remained until 2011. During this time, they gained experience in network engineering and system administration.

From 2010 to 2011, Eric worked as a Senior Network Engineer at both ImageFIRST and ACS International Resources. In these roles, they further developed their technical skills in network engineering.

In 2011, Eric joined IT Solutions Consulting as a vCIO and later progressed to the roles of Director of Client Strategy and Director of Innovation. Currently, they serve as the Vice President, Solutions Architecture, where they deliver ideation, technology strategies, and supports business and technology functions. Eric plays a key role in building strategy, visioning, and business case deliverables.

Throughout their career, Eric has demonstrated their ability to work in diverse roles and industries, showcasing their technical expertise, leadership qualities, and strategic thinking skills.

Eric M. Patel completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Computer Science from Indiana State University. Eric attended Indiana State University from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, Eric earned an Associate's degree in Computer Science from Temple University, which they completed from 2001 to 2003. In addition to their formal education, Eric also holds certifications from Microsoft. Eric received the Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals certification in April 2023, and the Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate certification, also in April 2023.
