Rafal Milewski is the current CEO and Owner of IT Squad, specializing in digital transformation and project rescue. Rafal also serves as a Członek Rady Biznesu Wydziału Zarządzania Uniwersytetu Warszawskiego at The Faculty of Management of the University of Warsaw, and has experience as a Mentor at Accelpoint and MIT Enterprise Forum Poland. With a background in finance, technology, and management, Rafal has held leadership positions at Accenture Poland and Deloitte Digital. Additionally, Rafal has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Warsaw and a MA in Telecommunications from Gdańsk University of Technology.
