Kyla Hill

Kyla Hill has a diverse work experience across various industries. Kyla is currently working as the Senior Director of People Strategy and Operations at It Takes A Village Family of Schools. Prior to that, they operated their own business, Kyla's Creations LLC, where they served as an Independent Program and Marketing Consultant. Kyla also held multiple roles at the Polsky Center at the University of Chicago, including Senior Assistant Director of Operations, Assistant Director of Operations, and Office Manager. Before that, they worked at Village Leadership Academy as a Graphic Design/Media Manager and Executive Administrative Assistant. Kyla also gained experience at the University of Missouri as an MU Career Center Training Co-Coordinator, MU Career Center Supervisor/Career Specialist, and Leadership Advisor/Community Advisor/Summer School Community Advisor. Additionally, they interned at Ronald McDonald House Charities of Mid-Missouri and Village Leadership Academy. Kyla began their career as a Clerk at jewel-osco.

Kyla Hill attended the University of Missouri Trulaske College of Business from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management.
