Lead Security Architect, Offensive Security Researcher at IT Veterans

Kelly Doyle, CISSP has over 20 years of experience in the Information Technology and Cyber Security fields. Kelly began their career in 1999 as an Air Crew Member - Joint Surveillance Target Attack Radar System (JSTARS) with the US Army. In 2006, they became a Geospatial Intelligence Analyst with the US Army. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as a Senior Technical Combat Developer to Special Programs and a Technical Counterintelligence Support to Special Programs for Pluribus International. From 2012 to 2015, they worked for Secure Mission Solutions a Parsons Company as a Senior Penetration Tester, Vulnerability Researcher, and Deputy Program Manager. From 2015 to present, they have worked for IT Veterans, LLC as a Lead Security Architect and Offensive Security Researcher, and for Spry Methods, Inc. as a Red & Blue Team Lead, Technical SME, and Program Manager. In their roles, Kelly has led security architectures for worldwide deployments, performed custom protocol analysis and penetration testing, built and led technology staff, ensured all team equipment and software was properly maintained, reduced successful compromise rates, developed novel techniques for penetration testing teams, led cost reduction and quality improvements, and served as a deputy program manager for multiple projects.

Kelly Doyle, CISSP has a comprehensive education history. Kelly began their studies at Strayer University in 2003, earning an Associate of Arts in Computer Information Systems in 2008. Kelly then continued their studies at Strayer University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems in 2010. In 2012, they earned a Masters of Science in Information Assurance and Security from Capella University. Currently, they are pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Information Technology: Information Security and Assurance at George Mason University, which they are expected to complete in 2023. Additionally, Kelly has obtained numerous certifications, including Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner, Splunk Fundamentals 1, Splunk User Behavior Analytics, Certified Marine Corps Red Team Operator, Certified Penetration Tester (CPT), Licensed Penetration Tester (L|PT), Security+, GIAC Certified Forensic Analyst (GCFA), GIAC Penetration Tester (GPEN), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Ethical Hacker (C|EH), GIAC Security Essentials (GSEC), GIAC Certified Intrusion Analyst (GCIA), GIAC Assessing and Auditing Wireless Networks (GAWN), GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH), GIAC Certified Windows Security Administrator (GCWN), EC-Council Certified Security Analyst (ECSA), Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician (CCENT), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), and Cisco Certified Network Associate Security (CCNA Security).
