Usher Belgacem

Usher Belgacem, DSCP-CP, serves as the Senior Director of Global Compliance Operations at It Works! Global since November 2013, where responsibilities include leading global compliance and fraud mitigation efforts while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and company policies. Prior roles include Global Director of Compliance, overseeing matters related to compliance for Independent Distributors and Customers, and International Compliance Manager, where the focus was on proactive education and enforcement within the International Compliance Team. Earlier experience at BB&T involved corporate banking, with a concentration on business development, client acquisition, and credit risk management. Usher Belgacem holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Université Laval, completed from 2003 to 2007.
