Pepe Cervera

Pepe Cervera is a seasoned professional in the field of automation and controls engineering, currently serving as Business Development Manager and CEO at IT8 Software Engineering since January 2008. Cervera has extensive experience in managing controls engineering projects, particularly in Body in White Welding Lines, overseeing PLC and robot programming from initial commissioning to handover to the end customer. Prior to this, Cervera worked as a Freelance PLC Programmer in 2007, coordinating technical aspects of several automation projects in the automotive sector. Cervera’s career began at ICEMI S.L. from September 2001 to December 2006, where valuable experience was gained as a PLC Programmer, contributing to significant projects such as the B-Car Valencia at the Ford facility. Cervera holds a degree in Ingeniería Técnica Industrial with a specialization in Electronics from Universidad Politécnica de Valencia, completed in 2001.
