Jason Katcher is the VP & CIO at ITA Group. Jason has over 15 years of experience in the financial industry, with a focus on streamlining processes and reducing expenses.

Jason started their career at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage in 2006, where they quickly rose through the ranks to become Vice President, Business Systems Consultant Manager, and then VP. In this role, Jason was responsible for overseeing a team of business system consultants who were responsible for the prioritization, project management, requirements, design, testing, and training of business changes.

Through Jason's leadership, the team was able to reduce the use of external vendor resources by 93% and annual expenses by 49%. Jason also initiated and led an $8 million conversion to convert a 14-year-old customer contact center vendor platform to a One Wells Fargo solution.

In 2015, Jason left Wells Fargo to join Katcher Enterprises Inc. via Midwest Project Partners Inc. as a Project Manager. In this role, they were responsible for managing multiple projects that were part of a large program focused on establishing the processes needed to meet the requirements set forth in the Model Life Insurance Benefits Act.

In August 2016, Jason joined ITA Group as VP & CIO. In this role, they are responsible for leading the company's IT strategy and initiatives. Under their leadership, ITA Group has been able to implement new technologies that have improved efficiency and productivity across the company.

Jason Katcher has an MBA from the University of Phoenix, a Bachelors of Science in Management from the University of Phoenix, and an Associates in Computer Programming Analyst from Indian Hills Community College.
