Alicia Bridges

Alicia Bridges has significant work experience in the field of operations research analysis and management. Alicia began their career at Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) in 2001, where they worked as an Operations Research Analyst, focusing on budget analysis and later acquisition cost estimation. In 2002, Alicia joined Northrop Grumman as an Operations Research Analyst, leading a small team and specializing in cost analysis for projects in the defense and intelligence community. Alicia then transitioned to Innovative Decisions International in 2008, initially serving as an Operations Research Analyst/Manager and later as the Business Area Manager. Throughout their tenure at Innovative Decisions International, Alicia played a crucial role in various projects until their departure in June 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Site Lead/Senior Principal Analyst at ITA International as of June 2021.

Alicia Bridges earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Howard University in 1999. Alicia then pursued a Master of Science degree in Mathematical Sciences, specializing in Operations Research, at Clemson University from 1999 to 2001.
