Mark Blackman

Mark Blackman is a Senior Logistics Analyst at ITA International since September 2016, leading a team supporting the United States Coast Guard National Security Cutter Program Management Office, overseeing logistics planning for the acquisition of 11 WMSL class cutters. Previously, Mark worked at Booz Allen Hamilton Pte Ltd from August 2006 to September 2016, contributing to various USCG projects, including the Offshore Patrol Cutter and Fast Response Cutter, focusing on logistics supportability, statement of work development, and readiness optimization for multiple cutter acquisitions. Earlier professional experience includes serving as a Maritime Surveillance Systems Logistics Engineer at Northrop Grumman, where responsibilities encompassed logistics engineering support for underwater surveillance systems. Mark holds an MBA in Management Information Systems from American University and a BS in Business/Managerial Economics from Charleston Southern University.
