Roshni Brown is a highly accomplished professional with extensive experience in driving retail efficiency and cost management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Retail Efficiency at ITAB Group since December 2021, Roshni is tasked with enhancing operational models and generating organic growth for UK and Baltics customers. Prior roles include Cost & Efficiency Manager and Operations Efficiency Manager at Costa Coffee, where Roshni managed controllable costs, delivered productivity improvements, and oversaw multiple project streams contributing to significant efficiencies. Previous experience encompasses various roles focused on benefits administration and rewards analytics at Whitbread and internships focused on process improvements and project management at Nissan Technical Center Europe.
