Kayla Jones is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in education and management. Currently serving as the Manager of Onsite Services and previously as a Talent Specialist at ITAC, Kayla excels in identifying, hiring, onboarding, and retaining qualified talent. Prior roles include Business Development Associate, where responsibilities encompassed supporting business development and maintaining sales tools. Kayla's background in education includes serving as the CTE Department Chair and Business Education Teacher at Powhatan High School, achieving notable pass rates and recognition as a National Gold Star Teacher. Additionally, Kayla contributes to Future Business Leaders of America-Phi Beta Lambda as a Local Chapter Adviser and Virginia State Adviser.
