Helio Liumba

Helio Liumba is a Senior Project Officer in the Project Management Unit at Itad, where Liumba has worked since May 2019. Prior to this role, Liumba held various positions at Royal Haskoning and Royal HaskoningDHV from December 2007, focusing on civil engineering projects including site supervision of flood alleviation and coastal protection schemes, as well as developing policy and project appraisals. Liumba's early experience includes a brief tenure as a Trainee Consultant at IHS Energy and volunteering with Juventude Ecologica de Angola. Liumba holds a Master of Engineering in Coastal Environment from the University of Southampton, obtained in 2007.
