Jacob Brown is Itad’s Senior IT Service Manager, responsible for IT infrastructure, information security and GDPR compliance. With over 10 years’ experience in the IT sector, Jacob brings extensive knowledge and expertise to the role.

Jacob ensures the integrity of all applications and hardware used for the delivery of Itad’s work. He also seeks out and implements new technologies to keep Itad at the cutting edge of developments in the industry.

Jacob also works to maintain strict information security and GDPR compliance. He keeps Itad’s people and data protected in the constantly evolving world of information security and data protection.
