Leonora Evans Gutierrez

Leonora Evans Gutierrez is a Senior Consultant at Itad. She has eight years of experience working on conflict, peace and security.

Leonora provides MEL support across UK Conflict, Stability & Security Fund (CSSF) programmes in the Middle East, Eastern Africa and North Africa, where she has worked with CSSF teams to strengthen programme design, delivery, evidence gathering and reporting.

She is experienced in developing theories of change and results in frameworks, capacity-building programme teams and implementing partners in MEL approaches, as well as applying a range of qualitative evaluation methods.

She has worked across a range of thematic areas including prevention and countering violent extremism, security and justice, organised crime, sexual and gender-based violence and FGM. She has a strong interest in community empowerment approaches and social norm change.
