Braden Lott

Braden Lott has a diverse work experience in various industries. Braden started their career in 2009 as a Field Biologist at Quantitative Consultants, Inc. and worked there until 2015. During this time, they gained valuable skills in field research and data collection.

In 2015, Braden joined Biomark - Specialists in Identification Solutions as a Fisheries Scientist. Over the course of eleven years, they developed extensive knowledge in the supervision and implementation of protocols for juvenile Steelhead and Chinook populations. Braden used various capture methods and analytical tools for monitoring and assessing fish densities in correlation with habitat metrics. Braden also played a role in developing sampling software and database management tools to improve data collection and analysis.

In 2020, Braden transitioned to Itafos and took on multiple roles. Initially, they worked as an Environment, Health and Safety Supervisor. In this position, they demonstrated their expertise in ensuring the compliance of safety regulations and promoting a healthy work environment. Later, Braden became a Project Manager, overseeing mining and reclamation projects.
