Serena Gabbio

Serena Gabbio has extensive work experience in software development and web development. Serena currently holds the position of Software Development Domain Leader at Italdesign, starting in February 2023. Prior to that, they worked as an HMI Software Team Leader at Italdesign starting in June 2021. Before joining Italdesign, Serena worked at Enginium - Engineering - IT & Telco Services as a Software Developer from October 2018 to June 2021. Serena also participated in a Web Development Bootcamp at e.solutions GmbH in February 2019. Serena started their career as a Software Developer at ALTEN Italia in May 2017 and continued in that role until October 2018. Serena had also worked as an intern (Stagista) at ALTEN Italia from December 2016 to May 2017. Prior to ALTEN Italia, Serena worked as a Web Developer at Tc-Web from February 2016 to July 2016, where their work primarily involved feasibility studies, development of cross-platform applications, and maintenance of a connected platform.

Serena Gabbio attended the Università degli Studi di Torino from 2011 to 2015, where they studied Informatica. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2011, they attended Liceo Scientifico F.Vercelli di Asti. Serena has also obtained various certifications, including "Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®)" from Scrum Alliance in January 2023, "Come fissare gli obiettivi quando tutto sembra una priorità" from LinkedIn in December 2022, and "Creating Your First Android App with Kotlin" from LinkedIn in December 2022. In 2019, Serena obtained "The Ultimate HTML Developer" certification from Udemy, and they completed "CSS - The Complete Guide (incl. Flexbox, Grid & Sass)" from Udemy. Serena also acquired certifications in "Angular 7 (formerly Angular 2) - The Complete Guide" from Udemy in December 2018 and "Introdution to Typescript" from Udemy in July 2018. Serena has also completed online courses such as "Developing Android Apps" and "How to use a content provider" from Udacity, as well as "Learn PHP" from Codecademy. Serena has also attained certifications from Code School in "Ruby on Rails," "Shaping up with Angular.js," "Try Python," and "jQuery."
