Kristina Olsen

Kristina Olsen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Kristina is currently working as a Senior Agile Technical Project Manager at iTalent Digital. Prior to that, they worked as a Dance Coach at Providence Catholic High School and as a Project Manager in the Program Management Office at TravelCenters of America.

Kristina has also gained experience as a Systems Integration Manager and IT Project Manager at Paper Source, where they managed IT projects and ensured seamless integration of systems. At Ulta Beauty, they held the role of Business Systems Administrator, where they led the JDA Category Management project and collaborated cross-functionally to optimize assortment and improve sales reporting.

Kristina has also contributed to the Lincoln-Way Community High School District as the Head Competitive Dance/Poms Coach, overseeing coaching staff, budget operations, and leading dance teams. Additionally, they worked as a Business Analyst Consultant at McDonald's Corporation, managing data and providing project support.

In their earlier roles at Kellogg Company, they served as an IT Systems Analyst and Application Developer, as well as an IT Systems Analyst focusing on Enterprise Application Integration/EDI. Kristina'sresponsibilities included deploying technical modules, generating reports, troubleshooting existing systems, and gathering requirements from business users.

Before that, Kristina worked as a SAP PLM Systems Administrator at Diageo, where they communicated with global teams, defined collaboration structures, and facilitated software functionality implementation. Kristina also contributed to Cryer & Olsen Mechanical as a Special Administrative Projects Consultant.

Kristina Olsen has a strong background in project management, systems integration, and business analysis. Kristina holds certifications in PMP, ITILv3, and LSSGB, demonstrating their expertise in project management methodologies and process improvement.

Kristina Olsen's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Pre-Law Studies/History/Business from Lewis University, which they obtained between 1999 and 2004. Kristina later pursued a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Loyola University Chicago. In 2015 and 2016, they attended MicroTrain Technologies where they obtained certifications in ITILv3, LSSGB, and PMP, specializing in Project Management. Additionally, Kristina has obtained various additional certifications, including the Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in April 2021, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from the Six Sigma Masters Program, fkiQuality, Microtrain in July 2017, and the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from PEOPLECERT in November 2015. Kristina also holds a NATIONAL CAREER READINESS CERTIFICATE - Gold Plus from ACT in April 2015 and completed MS Project 1 & 2 at MicroTrain Technologies in 2015 as well.
