Business Analyst iTalent Digital on Assignment, Elastic at iTalent Digital

Rachel Janssen has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Rachel is currently employed at iTalent Digital, where they hold the position of Senior Business Analyst. Rachel is on assignment at Meta and has previously been on assignment at Elastic. Prior to joining iTalent Digital, Rachel worked at Imagination International Inc. as an IT People & Projects Manager. In this role, they utilized project management techniques to prioritize initiatives and advocate for individual growth opportunities within their team. Before that, Rachel had a long tenure at Symantec, where they held various roles including Program Manager, Data Governance and Senior Data Analyst. Rachel also served as a Customer Data Steward and Business Analyst at Symantec, where they were responsible for advocating for data quality improvements and partnering with IT Analysts and Project Managers to implement new systems and integrate customer data. Throughout their career, Rachel has demonstrated a strong ability to successfully manage projects and facilitate collaboration between business and IT groups.

Rachel Janssen has a diverse education history. Rachel obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, studying there from 2004 to 2008. In 2019, they enrolled at the Rocky Mountain College of Art + Design (RMCAD), where they are currently pursuing a degree in Art Education + Graphic Design.

Prior to their studies in business and art, Rachel attended Lane Community College from 2011 to 2013, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Multimedia Design. Before that, they studied Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse at South Dakota Mines from 1997 to 2000. During the same period, they also pursued a Bachelor's degree in Nursing at South Dakota State University.

In addition to their formal education, Rachel holds a certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from Symantec, which they obtained in September 2010.
