Dana Bash Shelach (She/Her)

Dana Bash Shelach has a diverse work experience in the recruitment industry. Dana is currently serving as the Co-Founder of Hirely since September 2022. Previously, they were the Co-founder & CEO of iTalent, where they revolutionized the industry by introducing the fixed fee model for online recruitment in 2010. Dana also worked for Spiral Solutions as an HR Business Partner from August 2012 to June 2013. Prior to that, Dana held the position of Sourcing Manager at HP Software, where they focused on establishing sourcing activities and promoting the company as an employer. Dana also worked as a Recruiting Advisor at ECI Telecom and as a Research & Project Team Leader at Jobinfo, where they led various projects and worked with leading companies such as Microsoft and HP. Dana started their career as the Placement Unit Manager for the Israeli branch of Adecco, specializing in the high-tech field and mid/senior level management.

Dana Bash Shelach completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication & Management from The College of Management Academic Studies between 1996 and 1999. Later, they pursued their Master of Arts degree in Law from Bar-Ilan University from 2006 to 2007.
