Benedetto Cafferini is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational development and human resources within the energy and multi-utilities sector. Currently serving as the Head of Group Organization & HR Operations at Italgas since December 2016, Benedetto oversees teams focused on business process management, workforce planning, and HR-related efforts in mergers and acquisitions. Prior roles at Business Integration Partners included managerial positions and consulting in strategy and operations, complemented by a strong educational background that features an MBA from Luiss Business School and additional certifications in Lean Six Sigma.
