Daniele Finocchiaro

Daniele Finocchiaro holds the position of Consigliere Delegato at AIRC - The Italian Foundation for Cancer Research since January 2022 and serves as President of the Board of Directors at the University of Trento since October 2018, where Daniele has been recognized for exceptional service through innovative academic initiatives. Previous experience includes Chairman roles at Gruppo AGSM and Confindustria, where Daniele facilitated strategic dialogues with local government and oversaw mergers that significantly enhanced company growth. Daniele Finocchiaro also held various leadership positions at GlaxoSmithKline Pharma GmbH, managing business operations and increasing profitability. Educational qualifications include a degree in Economics from Università Bocconi and a Master in Health Economics from Università di Roma Tor Vergata.
