Boris Fuentes

Boris Fuentes has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Boris started their career in 2000 as a Jefe Turno Bóveda Central at Enjoy S.A., where they were responsible for managing and controlling internal values. From 2004 to 2006, they worked as an Analista Programador at CrossPlaza & Casanova, focusing on web application development.

In 2006, Boris joined Adacom, where they held various roles, including Account Manager and Project Manager. Boris was responsible for managing integration projects for a major financial services company and also worked as an Analyst for Banco Santander, handling functional analysis and project management.

Boris continued their career at GIT, where they worked as a Subgerente Consultoría from 2016 to 2017. Boris then moved on to Kibernum Chile, holding the positions of Jefe de Proyecto from 2018 to 2019 and Jefe de Servicio from 2019 to 2020.

Boris'smost recent experience includes working at NEORIS as a Gerente de Proyecto TI in 2019 and at Itaú Chile as an IT Community Lead since 2020. In these roles, they led technology teams, implemented agile methodologies, and ensured process efficiency and customer satisfaction. Boris has also focused on digital transformation and user-centered approaches using cutting-edge tools.

Boris Fuentes obtained a degree in Industrial Engineering (Ingeniería de Ejecución en Gestión Industrial) from Universidad Técnica Federico Santa Maria, which they completed from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they also received a Technical University degree in Computer Programming (Técnico Universitario en Programación de Computadores) from the same university, which they completed from 2001 to 2003. In addition to their formal education, Boris Fuentes has obtained various certifications in areas such as leadership, agile methodologies, cloud computing, scrum, and OKR.
