Esther Montes has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Esther worked at Itaú Chile as a Vice President, Operations Manager, where they were responsible for overseeing operations. Prior to that, they held the position of Assistant Vice President - Middle Office Manager at the same company. Esther also worked as an Associate - Risk Management at Itaú Chile. Before joining Itaú Chile, Esther worked at CorpBanca as an Analyst/Associate - Operations. Esther also gained experience at Prudential Financial as a Financial Professional and at Diesel as an Accounts Receivable Intern. Earlier in their career, Esther worked at CARTONDRUCK, USA, INC as an Administrative Assistant, where they supervised employees and managed administrative tasks. Esther also worked at Samsung Electronics America as a Marketing Promotion Lead, where they analyzed market trends and created marketing strategies.

Esther Montes obtained a Bachelor of Science in Finance from New Jersey City University in 2012. In 2015, they received a Certificate in Credit Analysis with a specialization in Accounting and Finance from New York University. Additionally, they have several professional development certifications from New York University and the NYU School of Professional Studies related to credit analysis, managing commercial loan portfolios, negotiating loan agreements, and structuring term loans, syndicated transactions, and project finance. Esther also holds the Series 6 certification from FINRA.
