Francielle Santos possesses extensive experience in data management and analysis, currently serving as a Data PM II at Itaú Unibanco since October 2017. Francielle has contributed to delivering data products that provide value beyond raw data through collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Previous roles include Senior Data Analyst, where complex analyses in Cash Management were conducted using SQL, AWS, and SAS, and leadership of intern-led projects. With a solid foundation in customer experience and data structuring, Francielle has developed tools utilizing Alteryx and Tableau, and has a strong background in database management and KPI standardization. Educationally, Francielle is pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science at USP, with prior specialization in Data Science and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
